Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

Waitlist details — name, email, and optional phone or country information you submit
Blog comments — name, email, and comment text when you leave a comment
Usage data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site

How we use information

We use the information above to:

Manage the Shelf waitlist and notify you about early access
Moderate and display blog comments
Improve the website, fix bugs, and keep services reliable
Respond when you contact us

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers who help us host the site, send email, or process forms — only as needed to run Shelf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Credes Techlabs and our users.

Retention

Waitlist and contact data is kept until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for early access and product launch communications. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist or comment data by emailing hello@shelf.app. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Updates

We may update this policy as Shelf grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
